Axe Growth Spaces Innovation Workshop

Project Need: To design and deliver an online collaboration journey via a series of online innovation workshops for a global team.

Paraffin Approach:

• Creating stimulus as a springboard for ideation around 3 growth spaces, including inspiring examples from the outside world, case studies, expert perspectives and consumer interviews.
• Collaboration using virtual collaboration platforms, video sessions and online quizzes to keep engagement and energy.
• Active creative facilitation using lateral thinking tools to break the rules and stretch ideas beyond the obvious.

Outcomes:

The team created over 30 innovation ideas, with 13 shortlisted to consider to go into further testing.

Online workshops enabled a truly inclusive collaboration journey for global partners to co-create high quality ideas.
