Bringing Consumer Segmentation To Life for FMCG

Engaging category stakeholders in a new customer segmentation to create business impact. We designed and delivered a 2 day in-person immersive experience that brought to life 5 consumer segmentation profiles with multi-sensorial stimulus and stories.
We created a physical journey to bring to life the key customers types in a global segmentation study, creating prep work and content into a tailored the experience for each individual participant. We created films, infographics, booklets, an intranet site, Instagram accounts, Pinterest boards, clues, games and stories for each consumer type, all curated in a physical space with artefacts and furnishings. We co-created the event with research partners and the insights team, facilitating a discovery experience to make the content memorable, immediately applicable to the business, and live on digitally post-event.

for Product Benefits in Deodorants

Tailored Insight Discovery for ‘No White Marks’ technology, with a core team of clients and agency partners over 4 weeks.
Beginning with the technology and how it worked, we met with bloggers and influencers from fashion, style and clothing care, visited target consumers in home and online, and collected thousands of observations, evidence and artefacts about getting dressed in the morning. Through our proprietary Insight Activation methodology, we themed, curated and crafted these into powerful platforms for innovation and communication.

Over The Counter Medication

Exploring Human Insight with consumers, pharmacists and health care professionals to help supercharge the performance of a premium over-the-counter brand.
We led a programme where members of the R&D, Marketing, Insights and Agency teams directly interviewed target experts and consumers, as well as undertaking personal experiences of the category themselves, and with friends and family. The observations, evidence and artefects collected were then curated and crafted through our Insight Activation process, to create rich, new insights for innovation, marketing packaging and communication ideas to grow the brand.

Embedding category insight across the Beauty community for a global FMCG business.
We created and delivered a bespoke category insights experience with six modules and brought each module to life with engaging, interactive content and inspirational experiences and speakers. This included a live business challenge to ensure teams applied their learnings immediately and received live feedback from senior leaders.
